Dongguan Mingyu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2011, located in Changan Town, Dongguan, the heart of China's manufacturing industry. The company occupies a 12,000-square-meter facility and specializes in the structural design, mold development, injection molding, and assembly of plastic products for cleaning equipment, offering a one-stop solution from concept to finished product.
With 486 employees, Mingyu boasts a strong technical team, including 98 management personnel with extensive experience in operations, quality control, and project management, and 49 specialists in mold design, programming, and precision machining.
The mold department features 15 mold designers and 2 programmers who ensure that every mold design meets international standards. Additionally, 27 mold technicians and 28 machinists oversee precision mold fabrication and assembly, ensuring high accuracy and durability.
The company operates 77 injection molding machines, ranging from 35T to 1400T, providing flexible production capacity for both small and large-scale manufacturing. With advanced technologies and automation, Mingyu ensures high-quality production fromraw materials to finished products.
Mingyu Electronic Technology has achieved ISO9001 certification, demonstrating international recognition for its quality control and management systems. The company has also earned IATF 16949:2016 certification for the automotive industry and ISO 13485 certification for medical devices, further enhancing its reputation and ensuring competitiveness in the cleaning equipment and related industries.

History
Dongguan Mingyu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2011, driven by the vision of its founder, Mr. Huang Yongsun. Building on the team’s extensive expertise and technical skills in injection molding, the company initially had a team of 15-20 employees, focusing on manufacturing digital product casings, equipped with only 4 injection molding machines. Despite limited resources, Mingyu remained steadfast in its commitment to “high quality, superior service, and continuous improvement,” ensuring timely order fulfillment that led to steady growth in orders.
2011Between 2013 and 2015, the company successfully achieved ISO quality management system certification and formally entered the smart home appliance industry, specializing in producing plastic components for products like robotic vacuum cleaners. The company expanded its scale, growing to 40-50 employees and increasing its injection molding machines to 30.
Between 2013 and 2015In 2016, with rising business demands, Mingyu established a subsidiary—Xinfangzhou Plastic and Hardware Products Co., Ltd.—adding 25 injection molding machines and 45 employees. That same year, the company invested in enhancing product quality, introducing advanced testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, vision measuring machines, aging testers, high and low-temperature testers, tensile testers, salt spray testers, abrasion testers, thermostats, and drop ball testers, further strengthening quality control.
2016In 2017, in response to clients’ growing quality expectations, the company obtained ISO 14000 environmental management system certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable development. This certification underscored Mingyu’s adherence to international environmental standards, reflecting its responsibility to reduce pollution and conserve resources.
2017In 2018, to expand its product range and production capabilities, Mingyu established a flocking and plastic parts assembly workshop to meet the diverse needs of its clients. The same year, the company completed an environmental assessment, underscoring its dedication to eco-friendly practices and green manufacturing.
2018In 2019, with a continued increase in client orders, the need for injection molds became more critical. To achieve in-house mold production, the company established a mold manufacturing workshop equipped with high-precision mold-making equipment. The team includes 8 mold designers, 3 programmers, 8 workshop managers, 30 fitters, and 22 skilled workers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of mold production.
2019By 2022, the company achieved both IATF 16949:2016 certification for the automotive industry quality management system and ISO 13485 certification for medical device quality management. That same year, a production and R&D team was formed, comprising 10 engineers, to assist clients with complex internal structures in new projects, aiming to enhance production efficiency, optimize product structures, and effectively reduce costs.
2022In 2024, Mingyu had accumulated extensive experience in the plastics and injection mold industries and began to engage with overseas orders through partnerships with foreign trade companies. To further expand in the international market, a dedicated foreign trade sales team of five was established to strengthen market development and client relationship management abroad.
As of 2024, the company occupies an area of 12,000 square meters with a strong technical foundation. Mingyu has a professional team of 486 employees, including 98 management personnel experienced in production operations, quality control, and project management; 49 technical staff specializing in mold design, programming, and precision machining to meet clients’ stringent requirements. The mold department is well-equipped, featuring 15 mold designers, 9 programmers, and a 15-member R&D team working collaboratively to ensure the design and development of molds meet international standards. A team of 28 fitters and 27 technicians are responsible for the precise machining and assembly of molds, ensuring high accuracy and durability of products.
In terms of production equipment, the company operates 77 injection molding machines, with tonnage ranging from 35T to 1400T, providing flexible production capabilities to meet various production needs efficiently. Mingyu utilizes advanced processes and automated equipment to achieve fully automated production from raw materials to finished products, ensuring high quality for every product.
